David Brandt

David Brandt has over 18 years of experience with Geographic Information System (GIS) technology. An alumnus of University of Wisconsin – River Falls and St. Cloud State University, he has worked at the City of Stillwater, Dakota County, Xcel Energy and Washington County. At Washington County, he manages all aspects of the enterprise-wide GIS architecture and coordinates the use of GIS across the county. For the past three years, he has also taught Advanced GIS at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls as an adjunct instructor.
