Rick Gelbmann

Rick Gelbmann is the GIS Manager at the Metropolitan Council. His role is to guide and promote GIS design, development and implementation, which serve Council-wide and regional GIS needs. He is a member of the MetroGIS Coordinating Committee and Technical Advisory Team. Rick worked for 15 years at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources before moving to the Metropolitan Council in 1993. Rick is also the current council chair.
