Jeffrey Grussing
Jeffrey A. Grussing is the Leader of GIS Development for United Services
Group which is a department of Great River Energy, the second largest
generation and transmission cooperative in the United States that serves
28 distribution cooperatives in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Jeff has 17
years of experience in developing and implementing GIS systems for
cooperatives and municipals throughout the United States. As a part of
this experience, he has dealt with many state and local government
agencies to promote data sharing and collaborative GIS projects with
utilities. Jeff has been a member of GITA since 1997 and is the Chair of
the Midwest ESRI
Utility Users Group.
