Richard Morey

Rick Morey is currently the Assistant Director for Surveying & Mapping in the Minnesota Department of Transportation's Office of Land Management. In that position, he sets policy for Mn/DOT surveys as well as overseeing the statewide Geodetic Control and CORS/VRS Networks. In addition to being a licensed land surveyor, Rick also holds an MGIS degree from the University of Minnesota. Rick previously served on the Council from 2002 - 2004. In the interim, he has remained active on the Outreach Committee.
