Brenda Zachman
Brenda Zachman is a GIS Specialist for the USDA Farm Service Agency -
Minnesota State Office, where she provides GIS and Emergency Management
support to the FSA service centers in each county. She has played an
instrumental role in updating the process for FSA service centers in
response to natural disasters in Minnesota. Her experience with GIS has
encompassed a wide array of projects from leading a digitizing center in
the creation of the common land unit (CLU), to developing a GIS process
for FSA in regards to nuclear events. Brenda holds a bachelors degree in
Environmental Studies from Bemidji State University and a GIS
Certificate from St. Cloud State University. She has been in the GIS
field for over seven years.
